Bryan and Cloe were so great to work with. They made the whole mortgage process fun and bearable. They both made me laugh and didn’t just treat as a person getting a mortgage but made me feel like a person that matter and were excited to see me get my first home. The knowledge of alternate mortgage programs combined with Brians attention to Detail allowed my buyer to purchase a home at a price we never would have achieved and probably never even had her offer accepted had we not had the specific type of mortgage.
